The Power House is located near the center of the USM campus, just north of the USM library. It was originally built in 1934.[1] It was later remodeled and reopened as a restaurant on May 25, 2006.[2] On September 13, 2021, it became the Southern Wing Company.[3] On October 14, 2024, a Panda Express opened in the building.[4]
