A parking garage now stands at the site of the original J.C. Penney's building Downtown.

J.C. Penney was originally across from the Post Office on Pine St.. Today a parking garage exists at the site. Later the store moved to Cloverleaf Mall where Trees n Trends is today. Soon after Turtle Creek Mall opened the store moved to its present location and closed the Cloverleaf Mall location.
