Lily Valley was a proposed village covering 67 acres on Highway 49 North that would have featured concrete houses with green roofs and solar panels. Homes were expected to range in price from $66,000 for studio lofts to $250,000 for larger four-bedroom houses. Construction was scheduled to begin August 29, 2007.[1]

However, the project was tabled indefinitely before construction could begin due to the loss of a financial backer and the economy, according to developers.[2]
