In 1975 the members of Bay St. Presbyterian Church had the idea for a new Christian school. In 1976 Bay St. Presbyterian Day School opened.[1] The school was originally located on the corner of 40th Avenue and Lincoln Road, but later the high school (known as Presbyterian Christian High School) moved to its current location on Bonhomie Road. In the fall of 2012 the elementary school moved to its new location next to the high school.[2]
