The District at Midtown

The District at Midtown is a shopping and restaurant development on Hardy Street across from USM in midtown. The first phase, which began in February 2017, was the construction of a 100 room hotel called Hotel Indigo. In addition, developers created 46,000 square feet of retail space along South 31st Avenue.[1][2][3] The hotel opened in July 2018.
