Unnamed Woodmont project

The unnamed Woodmont project is The Woodmont Company's, a Texas development company, plan for a 200 acre, $200 million "town center" development located between Highway 98 and Lincoln Road at Lamar Boulevard. It is planned to include about 600,000 square feet of retail space for high-end and specialty shopping and about 400,000 of residential and office space. Work on the project could also include widening Lincoln Road and Lamar Boulevard. Developers say nothing will be completed until at least 2011.
